6. King Abdullah Road (Qassim Govt): Extension of irrigation network line on King Abdullah Rd in Buraydah.

7. Prince Nayef Airport Rd (Al Qassim): Extension of the main line of the irrigation network on Prince Nayef Airport Rd (Al Qassim) with a length of 10 km and size of 160mm.

8. King Fahd Rd: Extension of Main line of the irrigation network in King Fahd Rd in Buraidah with a length of 12 km and size of 250 mm.

9. Almarai: Installing irrigation networks inside the farms of Almarai Company in Hail for multiple trains.

10. Qassim University: Execution of the extension of the irrigation water network at the College of Sharia, Qassim University, on an area of 500,000 square meters.

11. Ministry of Information: Implementation of the irrigation network at the TV Building in Qassim region.

12. King Abdullah City for Science and Technology: Implementation of irrigation network.

13. Ministry of Agriculture: Extension of sub-connections of sewage treatment pipelines.

Our activities span multiple sectors. The legal framework in Saudi Arabia permits diverse commercial activities with the proper licensing. We operate across sectors that current market players have not fully covered, categorized into three divisions.

In addition to Renewable Energy, Falak has five divisions covering Project Finance/Investments, Industry Manufacturing, General Construction, Commodities Trading (Oil & Gas / Grains / Gold), and Private Equity. Falak holds joint ventures with major entities such as Unit Group Turkey (led by businessman Ünal Aysal), targeting acquisitions in power and vessel assets.

Falak is part of the Alwasail Industrial Co. Group, the region’s top manufacturer of polyethylene pipes and fittings for irrigation, telecom, water, and oil/gas networks. Falak acquired Shawcor Middle East, a non-metallic product manufacturer for the oil and gas sector, with a 45,000 m² facility in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City.

Shawcor Ltd. (market cap: $1.4B CAD) is an energy and infrastructure firm offering pipeline, water, and industrial asset technologies. 2022 revenue: $1.14B CAD, gross profit: $364.7M CAD.
