Falak acquired Shawcor Middle East, a non-metallic product manufacturer for the oil and gas sector, with a 45,000 m² facility in Dammam’s 2nd Industrial City.
Shawcor Ltd. (market cap: $1.4B CAD) is an energy and infrastructure firm offering pipeline, water, and industrial asset technologies. 2022 revenue: $1.14B CAD, gross profit: $364.7M CAD.
